Job Title: Maintenance Technician Automation Equipment

Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician Automation Equipment to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing expertise in electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems for troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades, and preventative maintenance to all aircraft-related production equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical malfunctions or failures of operational equipment.
  • Conduct proactive preventive and predictive maintenance inspections and perform required duties in accordance with recommended schedules.
  • Perform repairs and corrective maintenance to equipment with a high degree of quality and reliability.
  • Set up and calibrate equipment on scheduled intervals for all aircraft-related production equipment.
  • Input required data in the CMMS system for machine reliability and control.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work any shift.
  • Background in CNC equipment and GSE equipment a plus.
  • Must be able to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
  • Must have excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines as needed.
  • Must have demonstrated working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and controls aspects of factory automation systems and the integration of devices used.
  • Working knowledge of replacing spindles, ball screws, linear guide ways, bearings, hydraulics repairs, and precision machine/laser alignments is a plus.
  • A working knowledge of PC-based Microsoft Office and experience with computerized maintenance management software relevant to spare parts management, work order creation, and preventive maintenance preferred.
