Position Overview

We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Part-Time Campus Support Specialist. This position plays a crucial role in assisting faculty and staff in fulfilling the mission of BASIS Independent Schools.

Key Responsibilities

The Campus Support Specialist will:
  • Oversee student activities during designated times, including lunches and before/after school programs.
  • Perform various clerical tasks to support the school's operations.
  • Manage large groups of students effectively and authoritatively.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by the administration.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
  • A high school diploma.
  • Valid fingerprint clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with children.

The ideal candidate will exhibit a high level of personal responsibility and optimism, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, achievement-oriented environment. The ability to stand for extended periods and manage physical tasks is essential.


Physical Requirements

This role involves frequent walking, standing, sitting, and engaging in various physical activities. The individual must be able to hear and see clearly, with or without correction.
