We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dietary Manager to lead our dietary department at Willow Ridge Healthcare. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and directing the operations of our food service area, ensuring that our residents receive high-quality meals and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise staff members engaged in food preparation and service
  • Maintain cleanliness of all food service areas and equipment
  • Develop and update dietary services policies and procedures
  • Monitor staff compliance with company, state, and federal regulatory workplace safety standards
  • Supervise and organize food preparation and service to ensure timely delivery to residents
  • Provide food substitutes of similar nutritional value for residents as needed
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to identify and address resident nutritional requirements
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Thorough understanding of policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations applicable to long-term care industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; two to four years related experience and/or training preferred
