Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team and drive clinical excellence. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring the highest level of patient care, and promoting a culture of safety and quality.

• Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including staff management, inventory management, and customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, reduce medication errors, and enhance the overall patient experience.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments to ensure compliance and best practices.

• PharmD degree or equivalent experience.
• Current pharmacy license in good standing.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
