Patient Access Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Patient Access Representative to join our team at Amery Hospital & Clinic. As a Patient Access Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic's reception and scheduling processes.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate patient appointments and manage the clinic's schedule
- Check in patients and perform related reception duties
- Process work queues and maintain accurate records
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and staff
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Minimum two years experience in a hospital or medical clinic setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology and experience with Microsoft products
- Completion of a position-related 2-year program, such as Medical Administrative Specialist or Medical Office Specialist
- Experience with EPIC computer system and healthcare insurance
