About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Patient Access Representative to join our team at Amery Hospital & Clinic. As a Patient Access Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic's reception and scheduling processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient appointments and manage the clinic's schedule
  • Check in patients and perform related reception duties
  • Process work queues and maintain accurate records
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and staff
Requirements
  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum two years experience in a hospital or medical clinic setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and experience with Microsoft products
Preferred Qualifications
  • Completion of a position-related 2-year program, such as Medical Administrative Specialist or Medical Office Specialist
  • Experience with EPIC computer system and healthcare insurance
