About the Role

This is a sales representative position that involves developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Foster strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, industry events, and referrals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and results.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the foodservice industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be between $50,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on relevant experience and education. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, pre-tax spending accounts, retirement benefits, paid time off, short-term and long-term disability, employee stock purchase plan, and life insurance.
