The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, with uncapped commissions and incentives that can increase earnings up to $100,000 or more within the first five years.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with registrants and clients to build a portfolio of clients and achieve sales targets.
  • Qualify registrants interested in utilizing Barton's services to grow your client base.
  • Provide high-quality customer service to ensure all assignments are running smoothly and clients are satisfied.
  • Work closely with Barton's staffing and support teams throughout the assignment process.
