Our client is a cloud-based software platform and patient engagement technology that automates the collection of patient-reported outcomes. They offer procedure-specific education modules to help prepare patients for treatments and proactively monitor their recovery.

The Role

The Enterprise Account Executive - Medical Device is responsible for building a pipeline of new business and increasing revenue by having a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical, biologics, and clinical research industries. In this role, you will source new relationships with innovative partners, launch decentralized, multi-center research studies to support customer research initiatives, and make evidence-based, full-cycle sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture a robust sales pipeline of hospitals, medical device, and pharmaceutical companies
  • Utilize advanced knowledge of service offerings and understanding of the client's business to successfully demonstrate client capabilities
  • Build and maintain effective partnerships with decision-makers and primary stakeholders in client organizations
  • Lead negotiations and navigate complex decision-making processes to close new business opportunities
  • Partner with CEO and Sales Leadership to continuously refine and improve sales strategy and processes
Requirements
  • 7+ years of prior health sales experience selling IT solutions
  • Knowledge of electronic data capture (EDC), electronic patient-reported outcomes (ePROs), eConsent, and electronic case report forms (eCRF) in the medical device field
  • Experience selling to C-level of device, pharma, and biologics companies in a complex sales cycle
  • Experience in orthopedics a plus
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to travel 25% annually
