Key Responsibilities

The successful Senior Site Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining daily contact with project managers to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

They will coordinate and negotiate change order pricing from subcontractors related to contract modifications and update mandatory safety documentation as the project proceeds.

This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and solve problems in a timely manner.

With a focus on quality control and safety, this individual must be familiar with Federal Contracting, specifically the US Army Corps of Engineers and NAVFAC (Department of the Navy).

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications.
