Federal Construction Supervisor

Doyon Government Group is seeking a seasoned Construction Site Superintendent to lead our team in delivering high-quality, on-schedule projects. As a key member of our construction management team, you will oversee site activities, supervise field personnel, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Construction Site Superintendent with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the federal construction sector. Your expertise should include managing large-scale projects, coordinating with project managers, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, you should be familiar with US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and/or Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) construction projects, as well as EM 385-1-1 safety regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Primavera scheduling software is also required.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise all site construction activities
- Direct field personnel to achieve project completion on schedule and within budget
- Maintain daily contact with project managers to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Develop and manage construction schedules, identify problems, and implement solutions
- Ensure accurate as-built drawings and coordinate subcontractor activities
Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
