About the Job

This senior-level role involves managing general psychiatry, as well as child and adolescent psychiatry (C&A). As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals, developing treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$180,000, depending on experience. Additionally, a comprehensive benefits package will be offered, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in psychiatry and leadership. A medical degree (MD) or equivalent is required, along with significant experience in a similar position. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working closely with a team of professionals and interacting with patients and their families.
