Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement curriculum-based parenting programs for fathers, focusing on 24/7 Dad curriculum and ProFathering program.
  • Conduct community outreach and recruitment efforts to engage new participants and promote program services.
  • Collaborate with community partners to provide advocacy and referral services, ensuring families receive necessary support and resources.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, tracking program participation and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in social work or a related human services field.
  • Completed 24/7 Dad curricula training or ability to attain certification within the first year of employment.
  • One year of related experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of social work practices and community engagement strategies.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a professional, confidential work environment.
  • Ability to work with culturally diverse populations and workforce.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and occasional Saturdays.

Work Environment:

  • Home-based office and community settings.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings and occasional Saturdays.
  • Frequent travel required, with reliable transportation and a valid Texas driver's license.
