Job Overview

H-Town Elite Gymnastics is seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Gymnastics Coaches. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for instructing children from ages 3-18 in various gymnastics disciplines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging gymnastics programs for children of all skill levels
  • Provide positive and supportive coaching to help children achieve their gymnastics goals
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective team environment
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive and motivating gym environment
Requirements
  • USAG certification or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced gym setting
  • Passion for working with children and helping them achieve their gymnastics potential
