Key Responsibilities- Hardware and Software Support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software, including Windows operating systems, printers, and mobile devices.
- Network Support: Provide technical expertise in network installations and upgrades, including Cisco and VMware environments.
- Help Desk Support: Respond to and resolve technical issues via email, phone, or in-person support, ensuring excellent customer service.
- System Administration: Perform system analysis, user and server account creation, tracking, group policy management, scripting, and accounts management.
- Software Development: Develop, test, and implement new software and patches, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Security Clearance: Maintain a Secret-Level DOD Security Clearance and adhere to all security protocols.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 1+ year of directly related experience in systems administration or a similar role.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+ CE, CCNA Security Training, CND, Network+ CE, or equivalent.
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge of Windows operating systems, network installations, and software development.
- Active T3 Security Clearance.
- AA/AS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) servers experience.
- Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment.
- Experience with Knowledge Management or process creation.
