We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Providence Newberg Medical Center. As a 0.9 FTE Full Time Variable Shift RN, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver world-class healthcare.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to emergency department patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and safety.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
- National Certification in area of specialty upon hire.
