We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Department Nurse to join our team at Providence Newberg Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
About the RoleThis is a full-time variable shift position that offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in the emergency department, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- ~ 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in an emergency department setting.
