About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Department Nurse to join our team at Providence Newberg Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Emergency Department, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- National Certification in area of specialty upon hire.
