We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Department at Providence Newberg Medical Center. This is a full-time night shift position that offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
About the RoleAs an Emergency Department RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide range of medical conditions. Your expertise and compassion will be essential in providing exceptional care and support to our patients and their loved ones.
Responsibilities- Assess and diagnose patients with a wide range of medical conditions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care and support
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
- 1 year Nursing experience
