Front Desk Manager

Ambitious and detail-oriented Front Desk Supervisor sought to provide exceptional guest service and drive revenue growth in a dynamic hotel environment. As a key member of the Front Office team, you will be responsible for assisting the Front Desk Manager and General Manager while delivering attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests.
- Minimum 2-3 years of progressive experience in hospitality or a related field required.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- College coursework in hospitality or a related field preferred.
- Previous supervisory responsibility and valid driver's license desired.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize room revenue and occupancy through effective reservation management and upselling.
- Provide exceptional guest service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist with front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including room status and guest preferences.
