  • Minimum 2-3 years of progressive experience in hospitality or a related field required.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • College coursework in hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • Previous supervisory responsibility and valid driver's license desired.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize room revenue and occupancy through effective reservation management and upselling.
  • Provide exceptional guest service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including room status and guest preferences.
