About the Job
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. You will be responsible for checking guests in and out, answering questions, resolving issues, and promoting our hotel's programs and services.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through friendly, efficient, and professional interactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records.
- Handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems accurately.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash.
