Position Type: Part-Time to Full-Time

Salary: Up to $65,000 per year

Primary Duties:

  • Facilitate therapeutic activities to encourage positive social interactions and behavioral improvements.
  • Assist clients in navigating community resources and achieving their personal goals.
  • Provide transportation for clients to necessary appointments and events.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients, their families, and the treatment team.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to ensure holistic care for clients.
  • Evaluate clients' needs and formulate treatment objectives.
  • Keep precise records and ensure timely communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working with youth is preferred.
  • Familiarity with EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to operate standard office equipment.
  • Capable of lifting up to 35 pounds.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
