As a Field Representative, you'll work with new and current clients to develop successful life plans through our service lines, including life insurance, IRAs, and long-term insurance. Your responsibilities will include determining optimal plans to meet client needs, increasing your book of business, and maintaining insurance standards and regulation compliance.

To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage your time effectively. Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or related fields is preferred, but not required. If you're willing to pursue licensure for selling life insurance, we'll support you in your career development.
