Insurance Sales Professional

Job Description:
As a key member of the Londiaz Agency Corp team, you will play a vital role in helping clients navigate their insurance needs. Your primary responsibility will be to identify customer needs and provide tailored insurance solutions that best protect their families and assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential clients through various channels to build lasting relationships.
- Consultative Selling: Assess client needs to provide customized insurance solutions that meet their requirements.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our insurance products and services to effectively advise clients.
- Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service to existing clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and policy updates promptly.
- Goal Achievement: Set and strive to meet personal sales targets and performance metrics.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to offer informed recommendations.
Requirements:
- Passion for Sales: Strong desire to build a career in insurance sales with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building rapport and trust with clients.
- Independence: Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision, while being a collaborative team player.
- Customer-Centric: Genuine interest in helping clients protect their families and make informed decisions about their insurance needs.
- Experience: Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required. We value enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.
- Licensing: Must be willing to obtain required insurance licenses (if not already licensed)
