Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement social media content and campaigns across various platforms.
  • Oversee the creation of social content calendars on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Monitor analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize social media performance.
  • Provide support to the marketing team at events, including social media coverage and event operations.
  • Provide customer service support through social media.
  • Research new digital trends for implementation and assist in keeping up-to-date digital influencer and media lists.
  • Help maintain a photo and video library and assist in coordinating event logistics pre- and post-event.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred, plus at least one year of experience in a customer service or hospitality-related field.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including holidays, weekends, and evenings.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Experience with social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting or independently.
  • Ability to work well under deadlines and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently with a strong attention to detail.
Physical Demands:
  • Frequently standing up and moving about an assigned location safely and efficiently.
  • Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 30 pounds when moving/setting up items for sales promotions.
  • Handling objects, products, and equipment.
  • Bending, stooping, kneeling.
