Job Title: Youth and Young Adult Minister

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Youth and Young Adult Minister to join our team at the Archdiocese of Denver. As a key member of our ministry team, you will play a vital role in shaping the spiritual lives of young people and young adults in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and lead weekly youth groups, young adult events, and small group ministry
  • Organize retreats, Steubenville of the Rockies, Respect Life events, service projects, and mission trips
  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support youth and young adult programs
  • Maintain social media presence and create engaging content for youth and young adult outreach
  • Collaborate with the Director of Youth Ministry to achieve ministry goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • College degree in Youth Ministry, Theology, or a related field
  • At least one year of youth ministry experience, either volunteer or paid
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record

Physical Requirements:

  • Visual acuity, manual dexterity, good hearing, and speech
  • Ability to sit for extended periods, stand, walk, kneel, stoop, bend, lift, and squat as necessary
