Job Title: Document Specialist

Insight Global is seeking a skilled Document Specialist to join our team in De Soto, KS. As a key member of our manufacturing site, you will be responsible for reviewing executed batch records received from the Manufacturing team.

Your primary focus will be on identifying documentation errors, calculation errors, deviations from manufacturing instructions, and any other exceptions. You will also be required to access and act within various systems for inventory control, tracking, and deviation management.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $22-$25 per hour.

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in Bio Safety, Pharma, Technical Writing, Training, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Life Sciences, or Validation. Previous experience in Pharma/manufacturing (or Bio production, GMP) is also highly valued.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and reporting completed Batch Records
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Previous experience or knowledge of inventory control, tracking, and deviation management in a Document Management Software (preferably SAP)
  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Fermentation, compounding, serial production

We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong appetite for investigating and problem-solving by identifying errors, omissions, checking for open deviations, and ensuring batch records were executed properly.
