Job Overview:

As a Construction Partner Liaison (CPL), you will serve as the key contact for our construction partners, nurturing enduring relationships and ensuring seamless coordination of project timelines.

This role thrives in a collaborative environment, where you will closely engage with Construction Coordinators and Supervisors throughout each project.

Your primary aim is to devise effective solutions to scheduling challenges, thereby boosting production capacity and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

This position offers the flexibility of remote work, with the option to work in an office setting if preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule construction partners across various job sites
- Serve as the main point of contact for construction partners on all ongoing projects
- Streamline construction processes through exceptional organization and communication with the project team
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with construction partners
- Collaborate with market-based teams to enhance procedures and workflows

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bilingual - Spanish and English (required)
- Highly organized with outstanding communication abilities
- Strong time management, self-reporting, and documentation skills
- Task-oriented self-starter who thrives under pressure
- Professional and approachable written and verbal communication
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
- Proficient in standard computer applications (email, Google suite)
- Familiarity with spreadsheet software (Google Sheets, Excel)
