Position Summary:
As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with project specifications, schedules, and regulatory requirements while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret project plans and contractual obligations.
  • Monitor field operations to ensure adherence to project specifications and company policies.
  • Act as a liaison between construction managers and stakeholders to facilitate project goals.
  • Coordinate schedules and communications with subcontractors and project teams.
  • Prepare daily reports covering project progress, cost tracking, compliance, and safety documentation.

  • Maintain effective communication among all project participants to ensure alignment and clarity.
  • Manage project timelines and documentation to ensure timely completion.
  • Work closely with the accounting team to oversee financial aspects of contracts.
  • Identify necessary materials and supplies for project completion and manage procurement.
  • Compile reports detailing work progress and financial forecasts.
  • Assist in negotiations with subcontractors and vendors.
  • Represent the company in project-related meetings as required.
  • Support the Project Manager in daily operational tasks.
  • Travel to various project sites as needed, potentially up to 90% of the time.
  • Maintain a safe and alert working environment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is preferred, though relevant experience will be considered.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in civil project coordination is required.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle in accordance with company policies.
  • Successful completion of background checks and drug screenings.
