Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Strategy: Formulate detailed project strategies, incorporating timelines, milestones, and resource distribution.
  • Financial Oversight: Develop and oversee project budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost management strategies.
  • Timeline Coordination: Organize and schedule project tasks, ensuring timely completion of all construction phases.
  • Team Management: Direct and mentor project teams, including subcontractors and laborers, while fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish and uphold quality assurance protocols to meet construction standards.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks associated with projects and devise strategies to mitigate them.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all construction operations adhere to applicable building codes, safety standards, and legal obligations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is advantageous.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in construction project management, demonstrating a successful project delivery record.
  • Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional), CCM (Certified Construction Manager), or equivalent certifications are preferred, along with Procore Certifications.
  • Skills: Profound understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and legal frameworks.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Primavera).
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills.
