Callaway Gardens is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Guest Services Coordinator to become part of our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring our visitors have an unforgettable experience, acting as the initial point of interaction for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Familiarity with Opera PMS, Word, and Excel software is advantageous.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and performing effectively under pressure.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or resort setting is desirable.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Exceptional guest service and computer proficiency.
  • Ability to operate independently while adhering to established procedures.
  • Supervisory experience in a front desk or hospitality environment is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work autonomously and comply with standard operating protocols.
  • Strong customer service and communication abilities.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Opera PMS, Word, and Excel (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Capacity to juggle multiple responsibilities and perform well under pressure.
  • Prior experience in a hotel or resort (preferred).
  • Flexibility to accommodate a schedule that includes weekends, daytime, evening, night audit, and holidays.
