About the Role

F5 is a leading provider of digital transformation solutions, and we're seeking a highly skilled Tax Analyst to join our corporate tax team. As a Tax Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting global income tax compliance and reporting, process improvements, and various initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare quarterly and annual income tax provision calculations, including disclosures
  • Prepare federal and state income tax returns, including U.S. reporting of international operations
  • Prepare and maintain documentation supporting tax positions
  • Support income tax audits
  • Assist with foreign income tax returns and Pillar II compliance
  • Drive process improvement initiatives
  • Support analysis and documentation of tax implications related to business initiatives
Requirements
  • Working knowledge of ASC 740, income tax laws, and the ability to research tax issues
  • Experience working with tax software, financial reporting tools, and data analytic tools
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and embrace change
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting/taxation or equivalent
  • Certified Public Accountant
  • 1-3 years of related experience
