Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Interim HealthCare of the Twin Cities. As a PTA, you will work in a home care setting, providing physical therapy services to patients in their own homes. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in the development and evaluation of patient care plans in partnership with patients, representatives, and caregivers.
- Provide physical therapy services as ordered by physicians, in accordance with patient care plans.
- Assist treating physical therapists in documenting patient progress and response to treatment.
- Counsel and educate patients and their families on healthcare-related needs and progress toward goals.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of Minnesota, with an active and good standing license.
- Two years of experience as a PTA, preferred.
- Able to travel within the geographic area serviced by the office, with a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
- CPR certification.
- Hourly range: $32.00.
- Mileage reimbursement and company car program.
