Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough evaluations and re-evaluations to identify patient needs and develop individualized plans of care.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Implement and modify treatment plans based on patient response and progress.
- Document patient information and billing data in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet patient care needs.
- Physical Therapy registration/licensure in the state of Minnesota or temporary license in MN.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (preferred).
- 1+ year of Physical Therapy practice (preferred).
