Executive Sous Chef

Club Location:

Arcis Golf is seeking a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of high-quality cuisine for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure exceptional food quality and presentation
• Develop and implement menus and recipes to meet the needs of our members and guests
• Manage food inventory, ordering, and storage to maintain optimal levels and minimize waste
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and other department heads to achieve culinary excellence
• Develop and implement strategies to improve kitchen efficiency and productivity
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for our members and guests

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of culinary experience, preferably in a private club or fine dining setting
• Proven track record of success in a supervisory or management role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
