Executive Sous Chef

About the Role:

The Arcis Golf team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our culinary offerings, from casual to fine dining, club events, and private parties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement menu ideas for a la carte menus, buffets, and club parties
• Supervise daily food preparation for assigned areas, ensuring quality, portion control, and plate presentation
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary staff to provide exceptional culinary experiences
• Manage food inventory procedures and controls, including purchasing and stock rotation
• Train and develop kitchen staff, promoting a culture of safety and sanitation
• Assist with event planning and execution, ensuring seamless service and high-quality food presentation

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of culinary experience, with a focus on fine dining and banquet service
• Private club experience preferred, with a strong understanding of exclusive club environments
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Strong knowledge of regional and national trends in F&B, with a passion for innovation and creativity
