We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to support the execution of marketing, promotional, and public relations initiatives. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, highly organized, and motivated to contribute to the development of effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Support: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Event Coordination: Help plan and execute promotional events, ensuring smooth operations and impactful customer engagement.
  • Public Relations: Work with the PR team to support media relations efforts, including press release distribution, media outreach, and tracking media coverage.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for digital marketing, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the company and its clients at promotional events, engaging with customers to build strong relationships and promote brand messaging.
  • Reporting: Track and report on the performance of marketing and promotional efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with sales, creative, and PR teams to ensure alignment across campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in marketing, promotions, public relations, or related areas is a plus, but not required.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Creativity & Innovation: Ability to think creatively and bring fresh ideas to promotional campaigns and marketing strategies.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Team Player: Comfortable working in a team environment and independently, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality work in all aspects of the role.
