  • Design and Develop Complex Trading Systems

You will be responsible for designing and developing complex algorithmic trading systems that drive the delivery of our next-generation platform. This will involve working on various areas of the tech stack, including trading strategies, order routing, market data, and more.

Build and Maintain Ultra-Low-Latency Trading Strategies

You will be responsible for building and maintaining ultra-low-latency trading strategies and trading tools that meet the high performance requirements of our trading platform.

Improve System Performance and Efficiency

You will proactively identify areas for improvement in our existing system, reducing complexity and improving performance to meet the demands of our trading operations.

Collaborate with Team Members

You will work closely with team members to incorporate enhancements, design solutions, and implement new trading applications in a clean, concise way that continues to decrease latency for execution edge.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

You must have a BS or MS degree in Computer Science or a related field of study, and 7+ years of hands-on C++ programming experience. You should also have experience in distributed systems, multi-threaded programming, and operating system optimization.

Technical Skills

You should have strong knowledge of low-latency/high-message-rate systems, multi-threaded/concurrent applications, and Linux (CentOS or Ubuntu experience is a plus). You should also have experience with SQL queries, updates, table creation, and basic database maintenance.

Financial Services Experience

You should have 5+ years of experience working in financial services, with a strong understanding of exchange market data and order execution exchange protocols.

Soft Skills

You should have strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a natural tendency to share knowledge with others and work collaboratively. You should also have strong organizational skills, including the ability to effectively plan and prioritize time to meet deadlines.
