Compensation: $17 - $19 per hour

Position Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Supporting general labor activities such as assembly, installation, and maintenance of equipment.
  • Utilizing wiring diagrams and schematics to assist with basic electrical functions.
  • Conducting preliminary troubleshooting and repairs on electrical components under guidance.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Effectively communicating in both English and Spanish to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Assisting with inventory management and organization of tools as required.
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve project deadlines and uphold quality standards.
Candidate Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Experience with wiring diagrams and schematics is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components.
  • Proficient in the safe and effective use of hand and power tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions accurately.

  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Physical Demands

The role requires the following physical capabilities:
