Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends to provide informed support to clients

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of customer service or technical support experience preferred
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
