About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinician II to join our Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT) in Mount Vernon, WA. As a key member of our team, you will provide direct, supportive, and ongoing coordination of therapeutic services to assist clients with behavioral health conditions achieve the highest level of independence and stability possible in their community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide crisis intervention and prevention services utilizing strength-based, solution-focused, culturally competent, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented interventions.
  • Collaborate with clients, family members, and other professionals to develop a plan to get through the current crisis, manage future crises, and move towards recovery.
  • Deliver recovery-focused services, including case management, treatment planning, resource identification and assistance, identification and development of natural supports, advocacy, service monitoring and follow-up, and individual and group services.
  • Serve as a treatment team member and provide backup to other team members as needed.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a behavioral science-related field.
  • Qualifies as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) as defined by WAC, preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Evidence-Based Practices, or interest and ability to learn.
  • Valid Washington State Driver's License, including vehicle and appropriate insurance, if applicable.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment criminal background check, which may or may not include an additional search by DSHS.
