General Summary:
The Workforce Coordinator plays a vital role in sourcing candidates for various positions within the organization. Responsibilities:
- Regularly meet with management to discuss staffing needs and ensure job postings are current.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to identify effective recruitment strategies.
- Work with the Recruitment Manager to establish partnerships with educational and job placement programs.
- Assist in the initial screening and interviewing of candidates, providing feedback for the selection process.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve staffing objectives.
- Develop a network of qualified candidates for future job openings.
- Act as a liaison with staffing agencies.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws.
- Participate in recruitment events to promote the company.
- Monitor employee evaluations and facilitate review meetings.
- Track employee career goals and training needs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- License: Valid state driver's license as required.
- Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in recruitment or a related field.
Working Conditions:
- Office environment with varying levels of stress and time constraints.
- Significant time spent on repetitive tasks.
- Frequent use of telephone and computer.
