Responsibilities:

  • Regularly meet with management to discuss staffing needs and ensure job postings are current.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to identify effective recruitment strategies.
  • Work with the Recruitment Manager to establish partnerships with educational and job placement programs.
  • Assist in the initial screening and interviewing of candidates, providing feedback for the selection process.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve staffing objectives.
  • Develop a network of qualified candidates for future job openings.
  • Act as a liaison with staffing agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws.
  • Participate in recruitment events to promote the company.
  • Monitor employee evaluations and facilitate review meetings.
  • Track employee career goals and training needs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

  • License: Valid state driver's license as required.
  • Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in recruitment or a related field.

Working Conditions:
