Coal Creek Physical Therapy is a thriving clinic seeking a highly motivated and organized Patient Services Representative to join our front desk support staff team. We are excited to find a positive and dedicated individual to help our patients access their physical therapy care with administrative tasks and direct patient care.

  • Responsibilities include answering incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, collecting co-pays, and maintaining a warm and friendly environment in our clinic.
  • Additional duties include performing follow-up calls, maintaining logs and data, and participating in cross-training to help patients with various treatments and tasks.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills.
  • Commitment to quality documentation and billing practices.
  • Ability to work in a positive, team environment and participate in continued training and growth opportunities.

Job Details:
