Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist to join our team at Colorado Center For Reproductive Medicine. As a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare providers in delivering high-quality fertility services.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare patients for examinations, including vital sign measurements, updating health information, and documenting patient data.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, nurses, and other team members to ensure seamless patient care.
- Assist with minor medical procedures, such as phlebotomy, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing.
- Maintain accurate records, including patient vitals, assessment, and provider notes.
- Participate in quality control activities, including equipment maintenance and sterilization.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive and reassuring patient experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Medical Assistant (MA) certification or diploma required.
- BCLS certification required.
- Phlebotomy certification required.
- 2+ years of Medical Assistant experience with phlebotomy experience required.
- A minimum of 200 successful blood draws is required (with documentation).
This role operates in a professional office, clinical, and/or laboratory setting. The physical demands described here are representative of those which should be met, with or without reasonable accommodation (in accordance with ADA Guidelines), by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
CompensationThe salary range represents the national average compensation for this position. The base salary offered will vary based on location, experience, skills, and knowledge. The pay range does not reflect the total compensation package. Our rewards may include an annual bonus, flexible work arrangements, and many other region-specific benefits.
