Restaurant Operations Manager

Inn On The Bay is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our Food and Beverage operations. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and quality in our restaurant, while maintaining a profitable and efficient operation.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and direct all aspects of F&B operations, including staff management, training, and development.
- Service Excellence: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service, with a focus on quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Financial Management: Manage labor costs, inventory, and revenue, with a focus on profitability and efficiency.
- Menu Planning and Execution: Work with our culinary team to develop and execute menus that meet the needs of our guests and drive revenue growth.
- Loss Prevention and Compliance: Ensure that all aspects of F&B operations are in compliance with company policies, local laws, and health and safety regulations.
- Staff Development and Training: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff, with a focus on building skills and knowledge.
- Experience: 3+ years of F&B management experience, preferably in an upscale hotel or restaurant.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with a focus on service excellence and financial management.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, and liquor laws and regulations.
