Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Admissions Specialists to secure timely placements and drive successful outcomes
  • Monitor and review patient care files to ensure efficient and expeditious placement processes
  • Collaborate with Admissions Group Specialists to guide performance and manage market nuances
  • Coordinate training for new hires and ensure adequate training in all areas of DGS
  • Manage workload distribution to account for callouts and work volume spikes
  • Foster improved relations and communication between DaVita Guest Services, external partners, and patients
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of leadership experience in a corporate setting
  • Proven understanding of technology, including workforce management applications and quality monitoring software
  • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office and ability to work variable shifts
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and third-party payment systems preferred
