Landmark Construction Solutions Inc is seeking to enhance our workforce by bringing on board a skilled Multi Family Project Manager.
The Project Manager is responsible for the comprehensive oversight of on-site operations for multiple projects, setting field goals and policies, ensuring safety protocols, maintaining quality standards, and supervising construction activities through the administrative guidance of a Project Director; in addition to coaching Assistant Project Managers.
Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all stages and elements of on-site operations for various projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Guarantee that each project is executed according to plans, specifications, and building codes, while achieving the highest quality standards.
- Manage subcontractors to adhere to construction timelines.
- Facilitate all aspects of subcontractor collaboration.
- Guide and develop field staff.
- Adhere to the company's established best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Multi Family Project Manager.
- Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on deadlines.
Salary Information
$100,000 - $130,000 annually plus bonus.
