Landmark Construction Solutions Inc is seeking to enhance our workforce by bringing on board a skilled Multi Family Project Manager.

The Project Manager is responsible for the comprehensive oversight of on-site operations for multiple projects, setting field goals and policies, ensuring safety protocols, maintaining quality standards, and supervising construction activities through the administrative guidance of a Project Director; in addition to coaching Assistant Project Managers.

Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all stages and elements of on-site operations for various projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Guarantee that each project is executed according to plans, specifications, and building codes, while achieving the highest quality standards.
  • Manage subcontractors to adhere to construction timelines.
  • Facilitate all aspects of subcontractor collaboration.
  • Guide and develop field staff.
  • Adhere to the company's established best practices.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Multi Family Project Manager.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on deadlines.

Salary Information

$100,000 - $130,000 annually plus bonus.
