Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including surgeons, nurses, and hospital administrators.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and new product developments to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, such as business, marketing, or biology.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
