Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Expertise
    • Develop and implement full-stack solutions using Java (Spring Boot), Python, and web application frameworks such as JavaScript, REACT, and Angular.
    • Design and implement modern databases, including relational and non-relational databases like SQL Server and Teradata.
    • Lead cloud-based development and operations using Azure, AWS, GCP, and PCF.
    • Work with Agile project management software, such as Jira or Rally.
    • Implement Test Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) tools and pipelines, including Jenkins, Terraform, SonarQube, Gradle, and GitHub.
  • Business Acumen
    • Develop a deep understanding of global business operations, including purchasing, manufacturing, planning, logistics, and service.
    • Apply strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
    • Collaborate with external partners, including industry experts and consortiums, to develop and integrate industry standards and multi-party solutions.
  • Leadership and Collaboration
    • Lead through influence and demonstrate the ability to handle uncertain situations and build relationships.
    • Proactively manage projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
    • Work effectively in an Agile environment and adapt to changing requirements.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Advanced Education
      • Possess a Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business Administration.
    • Leadership and Collaboration
      • Proven ability to learn and become productive in new concepts quickly.
      • Experience leading Agile software development practices to solution delivery.
      • High degree of initiative, self-motivation, and ability to work autonomously.
    • Technical Skills
      • Experience with Design Thinking tools, such as Figma, InVision, Miro, and Balsamiq.
