Key Responsibilities:- Direct and indirect supervision of nursing staff
- Coordination of clinical activities within the department
- Collaboration with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care
- Assumption of house supervision duties as assigned
- Licensed Registered Nurse, State of Florida
- BSN preferred
- BLS/CPR certification (American Heart or equivalent)
- ACLS certification (American Heart or equivalent)
- Successful completion of Basic EKG course
- Certifications specific to areas of expertise
- 2-3 years RN experience in clinical area
