Sales and Business Development Manager, Life Sciences
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute sales and business development strategies to acquire new clients in the Life Sciences industry.
- Develop revenue-producing relationships with CxO level executives at targeted firms and drive the sales cycle from initial prospect communication to contract execution.
- Achieve sales targets established by the Head of Global Business Development.
- Execute business development, offering positioning, and sales strategies as a member of the sales team.
- Develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with senior management at targeted firms.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including initial client communication, on-site presentations, and deal signing.
- 10 years of experience selling IT services, preferably in a leading IT services and digital consulting firm.
- Proven track record of success in selling Digital transformation, Product Engineering, Cloud, and data Analytics services.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex negotiations with senior-level business and technology executives at leading Pharma, biotech, and med devices companies.
